West Midlands Weekenders are a brand-new series of events that will showcase the diversity and innovation of the region’s arts.
Running over three weekends; Saturday 29th August, Saturday 5th September and Saturday 26th September, the WM Weekenders will each carry their own theme.
Featuring a collection of many West Midlands theatre, dance, music, artists and venues WM Weekenders will include a wide range of live, in person and pre-recorded cultural activity including a special, one-off event of music, performance, visual art and theatre, Quiet Carnival, from Friction Arts and performances from Keneish Dance, Poetry in Motion and a special centenary celebration from the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO).
