Visit a hidden gem in Warwick.The museum is set in a lovely historic 17th century building with a peaceful garden.

The museum tells the story of the county infantry Regiment from 1674 to the Fusiliers of today.
Discover stories about Hannah Snell the female soldier, Bobby the antelope mascot, where the saying 'women and children first' came from, the link with Field Marshals Slim and Montgomery. Hear first hand accounts about World War I and 2. Try on uniforms - a great photo opportunity.
There is a gift shop with a range of souvenirs and mementoes.

We can offer group tours. These need to be pre-booked. This would comprise of a talk around the 
museum by a military expert, the chance to ask questions and then the opportunity to have a look around on their own.
Self-guided visitors also welcome.There are toilets on site (ground floor).

The museum charges for group or individual visitors. Current prices for individuals are £4 adults, £3 concessions, £2 children 5 - 16 years old, family ticket £10, and under 5s free. Tickets last for 12 months.

The museum is an independent charity run by Trustees.
The museum is near the railway station, and the pay and display car park at St Nicholas Park.

  • The museum is on the first floor. There is no lift (as it is a Grade I listed building).
    The ground floor foyer is accessible to wheelchairs. There is a touchscreen in the entrance hall which shows visitors images of what the museum on the first floor looks like.There are some special tactile objects that can be handled upstairs (please ask if you wish 
    to access them).There are audio points on the first floor.
