Dance studio and office for Motionhouse.
The studio has step-free access and accessible toilet facilities, however if you would like to discuss your access needs please us let us know.
Our programme includes a range of weekly classes, holiday projects and professional development courses. We offer limited bursaries to young people aged 7 -19 attending our weekly dance classes, who can demonstrate financial need that may hinder or prevent attendance. Depending on your circumstances, the amount of award will vary. Please email us for a bursary application form on info@motionhouse.co.uk

From the South – Exit M40 at Junction 13 onto A452 following signs for Leamington Spa. Then follow signs for the town centre (A452). At the third roundabout, turn right, heading towards Morrisons. Go past Morrisons and the train station on your left, then turn left onto Lower Avenue. At the end of the road, turn right onto Spencer Street. The entrance to Spencer Yard is on the left after The Avenue pub. Please note that the entrance to Spencer Yard is no longer accessible by car. There are several places to park nearby including Bath Place car park and Station Approach car park.

Spencer Yard is a short walk from Leamington Spa railway station.
Turn left out of the train station and at the bottom of the footpath turn left onto Lower Avenue. Walk underneath the railway bridge and head towards the end of the road.
Turn right onto Spencer Street and cross over at the pedestrian crossing, the entrance to Spencer Yard is to the left of The Avenue pub.
