BY BUS

​​​​​Daily bus routes to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands from Birmingham City Centre via Great Barr, Walsall and Bloxwich are accessible via the x51 route. Alternative bus routes such as route 3 will also serve Designer Outlet West Midlands via Brownhills and Norton Canes. Routes 60A with additionally providing links through Lichfield and Burntwood. You can also ride the fast and direct route x14 from Telford Town Centre to the centre via Shifnal.

Local Services 25 and 26 serves Designer Outlet West Midlands via an extended route on Sundays.

ELECTRIC CHARGE POINTS

Car charging points are available at McArthurGlen West Midlands Designer Outlet. There are a total of 10 charging point parking bays, 8 which are located in Car Park D and a further 2 disabled charging point bays located within Car Park C.

All charging points are 22kw.

Please note that in order to use McArthurGlen West Midlands' charging points it is necessary for drivers to have with them their own charging lead and download the EVCharge.Online App in advance.

The charging points will be available only within our trading opening hours.

MOBILITY SCOOTER & WHEELCHAIR HIRE

We have a small number of mobility scooters and wheelchairs which are available for Guests to hire.  These can be pre-booked for you to utilise during your visit to the centre.
