In response to the Governments latest measures in the fight against Coronavirus and England entering a second lockdown, the Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm and Gift Shop will temporarily close for 4 weeks at 5pm on Wednesday 5 November. The team would like to take this opportunity to thank all their loyal visitors for their ongoing support during the period it was able to re-open.
However, the Butterfly Farm team will be taking advantage of the lockdown by completing several winter maintenance jobs and working on the logistics of exporting pupae post Brexit. Behind closed doors they will also be looking after the beautiful butterflies, birds, fish, and other creatures as well as maintaining the plants and gardens. Whilst closed, the team will try and lift spirits in these challenging times with regular posts on their social media channels and website, so visitors are urged to keep an eye out for them.
For visitors with bookings from the 5 November onwards a team member will be in touch to process amendments. The team will be contacting everyone individually, so visitors are urged to be patient.
Jane Kendrick, Marketing Manager at Stratford Butterfly Farm said “As a small and independent business, the Butterfly Farm would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support since the Farm reopened in July and wish everyone good health. We will get through this pandemic together and look forward to opening once more in happier times”.
