The Stratford Literary Festival and Kissing it Better Charity have partnered to spearhead an exciting inter-generational collaboration exploring experiences of isolation.
Spirit of 2012 – the London 2012 legacy fund – has awarded a major £1 million grant to Coventry City of Culture Trust to facilitate a programme of cultural activities, working with community organisations across the city.
Thousands of arts and culture lovers tuned in online to enjoy Midsummer Festival earlier this month. The free one-day festival celebrating arts and culture in the West Midlands was held on Saturday 20th June and featured over 12 hours of performances, from 33 companies around the region, including 13 never-before-seen works.
Coventry City of Culture Trust has issued a callout to manufacturers, makers, artists, suppliers, and artisans across Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands to propose ideas for merchandise that will embrace and celebrate Coventry’s UK City of Culture brand.
The British Motor Museum is well known for its extensive and diverse range of motoring shows, gatherings and rallies that normally take place over the summer months. Unfortunately with the continuing COVID-19 restrictions, the Museum has had to make further changes to this year’s show programme.
