The International Convention Centre (ICC) Birmingham is located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, UK’s second largest city. The ICC Birmingham offers versatile spaces and flexible layouts across it’s 10 meeting rooms and 10 conference halls, making it an ideal venue for all sized events with popular use of our spaces for 150 -1,500 delegates. The venue is laid across multi-levels with flexible halls and suites to easily create the perfect exclusive feel for smaller events.  

Our largest hall is Hall 3, this impressive space provides an outstanding setting for your conference, seating an impressive 3,000 delegates at maximum capacity. Thanks to its handy location right next to the registration area, your delegates are also able to make their way quickly and easily into your event. And as with all our halls, the full support of our in-house technical, graphics and catering teams is available if required.

On average, we host around 400 events a year, welcoming over 350,000 visitors from across the globe in the process. It’s our job to ensure every single one leaves feeling alive with excitement and possibility. That’s where the game-changing experience of our instinctive in-house teams comes into play. Our unparalleled welcome has received excelled customer feedback including a 2020 TripAdvisor Traveller’ Choice Award. 

With a kitchen boasting over 650 industry awards, it’s fair to say our in-house Amadeus catering team understand what’s required to deliver daring menus that cater for every dietary requirement and budget imaginable. More than that, they do so in a way that ensures consideration and innovation are on every plate.
And if clean eating is your priority, try our Focus Food menu, which is the UK’s first conference centre menu to achieve accreditation from charity Food for the Brain. 

Delegate catering in exhibition areas provides maximum exposure for exhibitors to connect and network with your delegates. We have purchased new live theatre serving stations, creating a food theatre with live cooking demonstrations. Focus Food, Urban Buffet, Freestyle Buffet and Streetwise are just a few of the new concepts we are creating in the next level of conference catering.

The ICC Birmingham is within a 4-hour drive time of 90% of the UK and at the heart of the UK’s motorway networks, close to the M6, M5 and M42. Guests can also travel by train and it made simple with New Street Station being located a short walk from the ICC or you can hop on the metro. If delegates are travelling via plane, Birmingham Airport is the only UK airport with a train station connected to the terminal, which means it takes just a ten-minute train ride to get into Birmingham New Street.
